How Godspeed and Zoom are related

This post its going to clarify us on the similarities between these two but first lets look at Godspeed.

August Heart is a colleague of Barry Allen from these Central City Police Department whose brother was murdered by a career criminal and his killer was let free due to insubstantial evidence and the destruction of said evidence when Barry and his lab were struck by lightning. When August confronts the Black Hole, a group who had stolen a van containing equipment from S.T.A.R. Labs , he recognizes their symbol which was spray-painted near his brother's crime scene. August is shot at but before the bullet could hit him or Barry can save him, August is struck by lightning from a Speed Force storm.
Now a speedster, August knocks out his shooter. After Barry reveals himself to be the Flash, August creates his own costume and becomes Barry's partner, also wishing to use his powers to solve his brother's murder.
Powers and abilities
Godspeed shares the same abilities as any other speedster, having both shown to have super speed and the ability to generate cyclones by rapidly spinning his arms. He also has the ability to forcibly take another speedster's speed, which is shown when he ran around a speedster (or speedsters) at extreme speed, resulting in Godspeed gaining their speed, but at the cost of injuring himself and killing the speedster(s). This occurs when the speedster(s) he takes speed from was not/were not willing to let go of their powers (as shown when Barry and Wally were able to take the speed from several speedsters safely and when Godspeed was able to take Avery's speed without killing her).

Godspeed also has the ability to create a clone of himself by dividing the Speed Force in him. However, extended use of this clone will result in intense pain, and the copy will then destabilize, with its portion of the Speed Force returning to the original Godspeed.Godspeed can literally be in 2 places at once, something not even Barry is fast enough to do.
At one point he is at someone's bedside and in the doorway having a conversation with himself and the person in the hospital bed. Idk if this was Barry or Wally though. He was swapping between spots fast enough to do this.

As a child, Hunter was forced to watch his father murder his mother and this traumatic event resulted in him becoming a serial killer years later, though he was eventually captured and sent to a mental asylum. When the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator exploded as Hunter was being electrocuted, the dark matter released gave him super-speed. Adopting the supervillain moniker of 'Zoom', Hunter used his new powers to subjugate Earth-2. He attempted to further augment his speed by creating a velocity serum, and although the drug made Hunter fast enough to travel through time and cross parallel universes, it was also slowly killing him, forcing him to

At some point, Zoom captured and decided to publicly impersonate Jay Garrick (the Flash of Earth-3 ) to give the people on Earth-2 a false sense of hope. Hunter proceeds to send numerous Earth-2 metahumans to challenge Barry Allen (the Flash of Earth-1) after presenting himself as "Jay Garrick" to Team Flash in order to push Barry to get faster. To avoid suspicion, he used time-remnant copies of himself to ensure that Zoom and "Jay" could be on two different earths at the same time.
Similarities between the two speedsters
From their abilities we see that they have the normal speedsters power.
1)but there is this passion for taking speed from other speedsters just to increase their own speed
2)secondly the two speedsters can be at two different places at the same time zoom did just to take the flash(Barry Allen) speed and Godspeed did it,being flash partner in crime fighting and being Godspeed...........
